Larry Prewitt
Founder & Certified Residential Appraiser
Larry Prewitt founded Prewitt Appraisal Services in 1985 and has been a leader in residential real estate appraisals for over 35 years.
He graduated from the University of Arizona in 1978 with a degree in Business Administration. His decades of experience have established him as a trusted expert in the Colorado real estate appraisal industry.
Jeff Prewitt
Certified Residential Appraiser
Jeff Prewitt joined the firm in 2004 as an apprentice and has since become a Certified Residential Appraiser. He graduated from Colorado State University in 2010 with a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Corporate Finance.
In addition to his appraisal work, Jeff founded PropertyBrain, a real estate analytics platform designed to bring modern technology to market analysis and property pricing.
